I wanted to change the phone numbers because the previous ones were canceled by my mom. So I wanted to register new ones and make a call to my mom but in the end I had to wait for about half an hour.
Ok, I did wait patiently but when I start calling after half an hour nothing went trough. The numbers were not registered at all. So I call again just to see what was wrong, went trough all procedure one more time.
Just to be told I have to wait this time not half an hour but 24 hours. Im not sure that Lingo communication is in desperate needs for customer representatives that you guys hire what ever you can find without any training or undertrained or workers on that position completely uninterested about to satisfy loyal customers or new ones.
In competent or deliberate miss direct customer service . This feels like it is deliberate inorder to additional monies.
I am trying to stop service because user has passed away. They will not work with me until I can come up with the secret authorization code that was on an invoice from 2008.
They do not ask for an account number or a social security #. Another words telling me the account can never be closed and this person who has died will have to pay forever.Nev

A landline was replaced by AT&T. The installer cut an electric line when burying the new landline.
Sedgwick claims contacted me but I can't reply to them. I need my electric line fixed asap!

I was trying to initiate the lendgo Card based on the equity of my Townhome. I want to sign up based on my phone number, address, etc.then my bank thought it was fraud, & Called my bank & told them it was me only! By that time, Kate afternoon &towards the evening, I went to bed. Is the process in a timely manner?

HORRIBLE SERVICE, they LIED about being affliated w/ AT&T. We should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews before signing up with them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Our office phones were disconnected without notice. We CAN NOT run a business without phones or a fax line!
We have a Doctor that will be on call tonight and we have an Emergency they will not be able to get through. We have been trying to solve this problem since &;30am and it is now 3:00pm and still no service.
VERY FRUSTRATING! Why would they lie and say they were affliated with AT&T?!

While waiting for our service to be reinstated (after finally forwarding the like) we found that they reconnected our service a day before the intended date. Normally this would be great, except for they did not inform us, nor did they turn off the call forwarding!To date we still have received no contact from the company regarding the issue and now we have found that they placed our account in "past due" status on the billing instead of giving us a credit for the days that our service was down. If we had a choice we would definitely NOT be doing business with this company
Upon the 4th day of calling to see why our service had yet to be forwarded we were told by a rep that the company policy for forwarding a line is 5 DAYS! Sure enough on the 5th day at the exact time of day I placed the trouble ticket call the line was forwarded-when I questioned the rep, they claimed not to know about the 5 day policy and said they had just received the order.
We still had to wait for 7 days for the service to restored. Service was actually restored, without any visit or contact by a representative on the 6th day. However, they did not turn off the forwarding of the service, we had to do that. Thank goodness the representative who did the forwarding gave me the information I needed to turn it off myself.
To date we have not been contacted by a member of the company to offer any credits, etc. for the problem. Absolutely unacceptable!
Their lack of customer service is astonishing. We may have phone service but we're still extremely disappointed and praying there isn't a "next time".
It is especially upsetting because just 2 months ago we lost service; same procedure we placed a "trouble ticket order" and while inquiring why the phone number had not yet been forwarded we were informed that one of their reps "accidentally" shut off our account. We then had to go through sales to reactivate our account and wait 5 days for a tech to come to our location and re-connect our service. We lost thousands in revenue from their mistake!
Not a single contact has been made by them to apologize, offer credits, etc. I am disgusted to be one of their customers!

This is a land line church phone .the bills kept coming late and then charged late fees. Co went to paperless by email 2 months without email bill I call to pay the bill.
I don't have a supposed code they wanted had to get angry with them to even take my money . Asked for a receipt sent to email . They sent me confirmation of payment but no amount on receipt and thus no way to get reimbursed. Asked to speak to a.
